I can’t cook efo riro and i have tried numerous times and failed following recipes on YouTube. But i have tried this and its absolutely right, party type efo riro you find in mos parties. Warning, its very peppery and hot so beware. Iit has plenty meat pieces inside like tripe, beef, cow hide mixed in very generous proportions. I heard tere is a mild version which i hope to try soon. 9/10 score, highly recommended. Enjoy.
